SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to urology, reconstructive aesthetic surgery. In patients with intact foreskin, the Buck's fascia is approached at distance of 5 mm from the coronal sulcus; the cavernous bodies are separated by a blunt and sharp way to the base. Skin of foreskin and shaft of penis is displaced to root of penis, support and suspension ligaments of penis are separated and dissected. Suspension ligament is dissected at a depth to the lower edge of the pubic articulation to the point of entry of the deep penis artery, and the supporting ligaments of the penis are dissected through 2/3 of their own length. At the site of dissection of the ligamentous apparatus of the penis, a silicone implant measuring up to 2×0.6 cm is fixed to the periosteum using non-absorbable suture material. Foreskin and skin of the penis are tracted towards the glans penis; an inner leaf of the foreskin is cut off, and an outer leaf of the foreskin is sutured to an edge of a coronal sulcus.

EFFECT: method enables avoiding injuries, scars and cosmetic defects in the suprapubic region, and also enables avoiding the shortening of the penis due to the formation of adhesions at the site of the dissection of the suspension ligament.
