METHOD FOR SURGICAL INCREASE OF PENILE LENGTH Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, reconstructive-esthetic surgery.

SUBSTANCE: one should perform cutaneous incision in area of penile bottom circularly along penoabdominal and penoscrotal folds at transition to scrotum. Skin of penoabdominal fold after mobilizing cavernous bodies should be fixed to pubic symphysis, then one should dissect fundiform and suspensory ligaments, mobilize cavernous bodies from symphysis to be fixed by remained part of suspensory ligament. In peculiar case, cutaneous defect in penopubic area should be covered with scrotal cutaneous fragment. Scrotal fragment should be cut as a rectangular one to replace it onto dorsal surface of penile bottom through a foramen in fragment's bottom. The method enables to increase penile length at high esthetic result.
