SUBSTANCE: allergic diagnosis of paratuberculosis in cattle and small cattle used in wide veterinary practice when carrying out preventive and health measures in farms that are free and unaffected by paratuberculosis. A method has been proposed for intradermal administration of PPD-tuberculin for birds for allergic diagnosis of paratuberculosis in cattle and small cattle, including intradermal administration of PPD-tuberculin for birds, recording and evaluation of the research results, characterized in that PPD-tuberculin for birds is administered with a needle-free injector into the zygomatic skin area bones under the orbit of the eye of the animal's head, and recording and evaluation of research results is carried out visually by comparing the condition of the skin: the presence of swelling in the area of allergen injection relative to the skin in the area of the zygomatic bone of the other eye, the formation of visible swelling in the area of intradermal injection of tuberculin is considered a positive reaction.

EFFECT: speeding up and facilitating allergic studies for paratuberculosis in cattle and small cattle, and expanding the scope of methods for intradermal administration of PPD-tuberculin for birds in the allergic diagnosis of paratuberculosis in cattle and small cattle.
