FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: toothed roller transmission, formed on the basis of the producing rack, contains gear wheels with a circular profile in the normal section of the arched cavities of the wheel teeth, steel toroidal roller teeth installed in the arched cavities of the bearing wheel, and a rigid ring enclosing the roller teeth in the average section width bearing wheel ring gear. The transmission is equipped with spring brackets with pins installed at the ends of the bearing wheel.
EFFECT: invention improves smooth operation, reduces noise and increases transmission durability.
