FIELD: container cap.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a container cap formed from a synthetic resin, which can be applied to a container having an external thread. The cap is used with a container having an external thread and a gripping portion located under the external thread formed on the outer periphery of the neck. The cap contains a body having an upper panel wall and a cylindrical skirt wall extending downward from the peripheral edge of the upper panel wall, and an internal thread made on the inner periphery of the skirt wall with the possibility of screwing onto the external thread. The container cap also contains a cylindrical skirt part for tampering indication, connected to the wall of the body skirt by means of jumpers located at a distance from each other. The tamper-indicating skirt part has a contact interaction means located on the inner periphery of the tamper-indicating skirt part, with the possibility of contact interaction with the gripping part. The means of contact interaction is formed either from a plurality of elements for contact interaction located at a distance from each other or from a ring element for contact interaction extending continuously in the direction along the circumference. Protruding elements are located on the wall of the housing skirt, and non-fragile connecting elements that connect the wall of the housing skirt to the tamper-indicating skirt portion and which allow the housing to be lifted relative to the tamper-indicating skirt portion. Moreover, when the neck is uncorked, the cap is rotated in the opening direction, so that the fragile bridges are destroyed, and the body is disconnected from the neck and rotates around the non-fragile connecting elements. The protruding parts that extend upward are formed at the apical ends of the contact interaction elements at least in the corner region in which the protruding elements are located, and the protruding parts formed in the corner region in which the protruding elements are located are subject to placement between the gripping part a neck intended for contact interaction, and protruding elements in a state in which the cap is installed on the neck. Moreover, when the body is rotated around non-fragile connecting elements as hinge centers in the direction from the neck after detaching the body from the neck, the protruding element elastically moves over the protruding part and restores its original state, so that the outer side surface is brought into contact along the surface with the protruding part.
EFFECT: provision of an improved container cap in which the body can be held in an open position with reasonable security even if the container cap has a relatively short axial length. In addition, when the housing is rotated to the open position, a sound that is sufficiently recognizable to the consumer is reliably generated.
