SUBSTANCE: device for stabilization and reposition for fractures and fracture-dislocations of the bones of the foot and ankle joint includes: a base, a foot clamp, movable bars with a working tool assembly for screwing into bone fragments, a shin clamp and heel clamps. The foot lock device allows the device to be used for both the right and left legs, for which there are holes in the base. The foot clamp bar and the foot clamp bar stand are connected to the base through holes corresponding to the right or left leg. The guide of the movable bars is connected to the base and fixed. The position of the movable bar is ensured by moving the threaded bushing along the guide of the movable bars. After setting the required position, the movable bar on the threaded bushing is secured by a fixation element. The working tool for screwing into bone fragments is installed in the fastening unit. The working tool for screwing into bone fragments is secured by using a fastening unit. The attachment point for the working tool for screwing into bone fragments is connected to movable strips. The shin brace is connected to the base, and the position of the shin brace can be adjusted. The shin brace is connected to the heel clamps and to the installation unit for the working tool. The unit is installed using a connection to the shin brace. Adjustment units are installed in the shin bar mounting posts, on which the shin bar is secured in such a way that when the adjustment units rotate, the shin bar moves along the vertical axis. The attachment point for the working tool is installed in the groove of the shin bar. A method for repositioning bone fragments in case of fractures and fracture-dislocations of the bones of the foot, in which the above apparatus is used. Before fixing the foot in the apparatus, the left and right shin bar fastening posts are installed. The foot is then placed into the apparatus and stabilized in the distal and heel areas. In the area of the distal part of the foot, the foot is fixed with a clamp bar by screwing in the fastening units of the clamp bar. In the heel area, the foot is fixed by screwing in the heel clamps on both sides. The shin brace is adjusted to fit the length of the foot by moving along the base of the foot brace. A clamp bar stand is installed between the first and second toes, thereby limiting the sliding of the foot in the apparatus. The shin bar adjustment unit is screwed into the shin bar mounting posts to a certain height corresponding to the fracture line. Next, the shin bar is screwed to the shin bar attachment points. The working tool, moving along the shin bar, is adjusted relative to the fracture line, and then screwed into the tibia. Due to the movement of the working tool along the shin bar, the displacement of bone fragments along the width is eliminated. By adjusting the shin bar adjustment unit, traction and distraction of bone fragments is achieved. After eliminating the displacement of bone fragments, they are fixed intraosseously with metal structures, after which the device is removed.

EFFECT: expansion of the range of hardware used for temporary stabilization and reposition in the treatment of fractures and fracture-dislocations of the bones of the foot and ankle joint.
