FIELD: medicine, medicinal equipment, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: defected limb is fixed in the first and the second fixation points. As dependent upon a certain type of fracture it is necessary to choose necessary amount of fixation knots. Every of fixation knots is installed at the basis so that one of its superposed plates being at the level of defect. With the help of screw rods superposed plate is transferred in direction towards shin till nonfixed end of the large fracture is at its anatomical place. To prevent dislocation of this end of osseous fracture towards opposite side another plate could be situated from the reverse side of defected segment. EFFECT: higher efficiency to obtain possibility to expand indication for applying conservative functional method to treat fractures. 13 cl, 5 dwg
