FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: artificial bsi-cov gene was constructed and encodes an artificial T-cell polyepitope BSI-COV immunogen protein having the following sequence SEQ ID NO: 2. The following was created: pBSI-COV plasmid DNA, having the following nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, 4156 bp in size, molecular weight 2.6 MDa, containing the specified target gene. An artificial polyepitope protein-immunogen BSI-COV has been obtained with the following amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 412 a.a. long. The resulting construct induces SARS-CoV-2-specific T-cell immunity.
EFFECT: creation of a vaccine construct in the form of pBSI-COV plasmid DNA, which provides a longer inducing SARS-CoV-2-specific T-cell immune response.
