SUBSTANCE: artificial gene bsi-cov-ub encoding an artificial polyepitope T-cell immunogen protein BSI-COV-Ub having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No.: 2 containing on 5'-end sequence Kozak CCGCCACC; between the sequences encoding ubiquitin and BSI-COV there is a site for restriction endonuclease PspLI, and on 3'-end - two stop codons TAATGA and a site for restriction endonuclease ApaI. A recombinant plasmid DNA pBSI-COV-Ub having the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No.: 1 is also described. In addition, a polyepitope immunogen protein BSI-COV-Ub is described having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No.: 3, containing conserved epitopes from the S, E, M, N proteins of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the universal T-helper epitope PADRE, a marker epitope that binds to known mAb 29F2, and an N-terminal ubiquitin that increases the efficiency of processing the immunogen synthesized in cell, by targeting the proteasome and inducing SARS-CoV-2-specific T-cell immunity.

EFFECT: creation of a safe and effective polyepitope T-cell vaccine DNA construction capable of inducing a specific cytotoxic and T-helper response against various strains of the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
