Created is Plasmid DNA matrix pVAX-C3-PvBD-PolyA for mRNA synthesis, obtained using a plasmid DNA cartridge pVAX-C3-PolyA according to cl. 1, having the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 2 with size 3903 bp, molecular weight 2.3 MDa, including target gene coding chimeric protein 176-RBD having amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 4 and coordinates 701 to 1432. What is prepared is a polynucleotide vaccine representing mRNA-C3-RBD-PolyA molecules inducing SARS-CoV-2-specific antibodies having the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 3, synthesized by plasmid DNA matrix pVAX-RBD-C3-RBD-PolyA according to cl. 2, obtained using a plasmid DNA cartridge pVAX-C3-PolyA according to cl. 1.
