SUBSTANCE: new strain of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus deposited in the All-Russian State Collection of Exotic Types of Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus and other Animal Pathogens (GKShM) of the Federal State Budgetary Institution ARRIAH under registration number: No. 460-dep/23-10 - GKShM FSBI ARRIAH. The presented strain reproduces in a continuous cell culture Marc-145 - a cell culture clone isolated from the kidney of a rhesus monkey, during 96-120 hours of incubation and accumulates at a titer of 5.8± 0.02 lg TCD₅₀/cm³, retains the original characteristics when passaged in cell culture for 15 passages (observation period).

EFFECT: presented strain can be used for the production of biological products for the specific prevention of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome.
