FIELD: energy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in engines, power plants and technical systems based on liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon fuels and coolers for single and reusable use on ground, air and aerospace bases. The injector contains a housing with two holes for supplying fuel, made integral with the swirl blades and the mixing sleeve, a centrifugal atomizer, a fuel strainer, a nut for fastening to the plate and sealing rings. On the mixing sleeve of the nozzle there is an outer cooling jacket, inside of which pairs of working coaxial needles are placed through electrical insulators using the “needle-needle” system, and some of the needles are giving and high-voltage electrostatic voltage is supplied to them with the further flow of electric wind, and others are receiving, each needle has a point bent by 90°, in each pair of working coaxial needles, the tip of the giving needle and the tip of the receiving needle are directed towards each other, while the tip of the giving needle is directed along the flow of the coolant which is liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon fuel. The inner surface of the metal walls of the outer cooling jacket of the nozzle is made either smooth, or polished, or with natural roughness, or with artificial roughness in the form of ring conical threads or screw conical threads with a tooth height of 3...5 mm.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the process of sedimentation.
