INJECTOR Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC F23D11/36 F23K5/18

Abstract RU 2447362 C1

FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: injector includes body, mixer (reflector), swirl vanes, centrifugal atomiser, fuel mesh filters in fuel supply channels with use of O-rings made of heat-insulating and sealing materials; injector is completely dismountable and consists of two main parts: Body made as convergent tube with holes for fuel supply and fuel supply channels surrounded by ring-type fuel manifold, mixer (reflector) which serves as fastening nut and provides injector body fixing to front plate. Fixture of injector mixer (reflector) to front plate is made by heat-insulating O-ring and fixture of injector body to front plate is made by heat-insulating seal bush with flanges. Fuel mesh filters are fixed in fuel supply channels in a wall of convergent tube. Each fuel supply channel with fuel mesh filter is connected to respective centrifugal atomiser. Each fuel supply channel with fuel mesh filter has electromagnetic valve for fuel supply (cut-off). In each fuel supply channel with fuel mesh filters there is spinner microsensor for simultaneous monitoring of fuel consumption and degree of fuel channel (fuel mesh filter, fuel supply channel to centrifugal atomiser, centrifugal atomiser) carbonisation. Ring-type fuel manifold supplies fuel to all fuel supply channels and provides regenerative passage external cooling for convergent tube part. In passage cavity of convergent tube part there is oxidiser (air) flow-rate regulator made as louvered gates which operate in automatic mode depending on number of centrifugal atomiser. In passage cavity of convergent tube part there is air micrometre-generator which controls consumption of oxidiser (air) and generates electric power to ensure operation of electromagnetic valves of injector; it is driven by fan at air inflow.

EFFECT: invention allows improvement of injector reliability, durability, efficiency and safety.
