SUBSTANCE: lower current collector contains a shoe with a holder in constant contact from below with the contact rail, a vertical cylindrical extension spring connecting the shoe holder to the beam, and two elastic half-wave bent plates. In this case, one end of the plate is attached with a fixed hinge on the beam, and the second end of the plate is hingedly attached to the movable end of the spring.
EFFECT: increasing the service life of the current collector.
