SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in three-phase four-wire electrical networks with asymmetrical loads to balance their operating modes, reduce losses and improve power quality indicators for end consumers. The present invention is aimed to expand the functionality of the balun device by expanding the permissible ranges of asymmetry levels and load powers of the electrical network, at which the reliable operation of the balun device is carried out. It is achieved by the fact that a three-phase balun device with input terminals connected to the phases and the neutral wire of a four-wire electrical network, containing a three-phase balun transformer, the windings of which are connected back-to-back in a zigzag, and the first three outer terminals of these windings are connected to the three input terminals of the device connected to the phases of the electrical network, and the three second outer terminals are connected to each other, contains an additional three-phase transformer with primary windings connected in a star and connected to the phases and the neutral wire of a four-wire electrical network, and its three secondary windings are connected in an open triangle and are connected with their free ends between the common connection point of the three second extreme terminals of the balun transformer windings and the neutral wire of a four-wire electrical network.

EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the balun device by expanding the permissible ranges of asymmetry levels and load powers of the electrical network, at which the reliable operation of the balun device is carried out.
