FIELD: electric power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric power industry. The method is implemented by a control device, which is connected by input terminals to the phases of the power line. According to the method, the required mode of operation of the power line is set, the currents and voltages in the load phases are measured, and the necessary control actions on the control device are calculated and set. The control device includes a power regulator, which is connected to the phases of the power line, and three independent controlled reactive power compensators, which are connected in parallel to the load phases. The control action on the power controller is calculated and set on the basis of the measured values of the active powers of the load phases, and the values of the reactive powers of three independent controllable reactive power compensators are calculated and set on the basis of the measured reactive powers of the load phases, the reactive powers of the power controller phases and the given values of the reactive powers in the line power transmission.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the method for controlling the mode of operation of the power line, allowing you to control the modes of operation of four-wire power lines operating on an asymmetric load.
