FIELD: molecular sieve.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a phosphorus modified molecular sieve with an MFI structure. A phosphorus modified molecular sieve with an MFI structure having a K value satisfying the condition 70%≤K≤90% is described, where K=P1/P2×100%, P1 is the XPS measured mass content of phosphorus in a region with an area of 100 sq. nm and a vertical depth of 0 to 2 nm on any surface of the molecular sieve crystal grain, P2 is the measured EPMA mass content of phosphorus in a region with an area of 100 sq.nm and a vertical depth of 5 to 10 nm on any surface of the crystalline grain of the molecular sieve, and a method for its preparation. A catalytic cracking aid which, based on the dry weight of the catalytic cracking aid, contains 5-75 wt.% of said phosphorus-modified molecular sieve with an MFI structure, 1-40 wt.% binder and 0-65 wt.% of the second clay, method of obtaining the specified auxiliary agent; catalytic cracking catalyst containing a phosphorus-modified molecular sieve with an MFI structure, which, based on the dry weight of the catalytic cracking catalyst, contains 1-25 wt.% zeolite Y, 5-50 wt.% phosphorus-modified molecular sieve with an MFI structure, 1-60 wt.% inorganic binder and optionally 0-60 wt.% second clay, and a method for producing said catalyst are described. The method for catalytic cracking of liquid petroleum products includes: reacting liquid petroleum products by contact with the specified auxiliary agent for catalytic cracking or with the specified catalytic cracking catalyst under catalytic cracking conditions.
EFFECT: proposition of new technologies to improve the coordination of phosphorus and aluminium frame, improve the hydrothermal stability of the phosphorus-modified molecular sieve ZSM-5 and further increase the cracking activity.
