SUBSTANCE: after performing laparotomy with parallel fibrogastroduodenoscopy, the zone of fusion of the peripheral part of the common bile duct cyst with the duodenum is visualized. Under palpation control, perforation of the central zone of fusion between the common bile duct cyst and the duodenum is carried out using a diathermic knife of a fibrogastroduodenoscope. The perforation hole is expanded with a fibrogastroduodenoscope to 5-6 mm and a cystoduodenal sutureless anastomosis is created.
EFFECT: method ensures a reduction in the invasiveness of the operation, a minimally invasive surgical intervention, the elimination of anastomotic failure by maintaining the natural fusion between the common bile duct cyst and the duodenum, and no need to use suture material.
