FIELD: pyrolysis.

SUBSTANCE: energy devices intended for pyrolysis of various types of biomass. An exothermic biomass pyrolysis plant includes a pyrolysis chamber heated by hot flue gases coming from a combustion chamber passing through an external tubular heat exchanger installed outside the pyrolysis chamber. The tubular heat exchanger installed outside the pyrolysis chamber is made in three sections: in the first section, the pyrolyzed biomass is heated to temperatures of 300°C, in the second section, the heating of the processed raw materials is carried out due to exothermic processes without external heat supply, in the third section, if necessary, the biomass is heated above temperatures of 550-800°C.

EFFECT: increasing the energy efficiency and productivity of the pyrolysis plant.
