The converter tilt speed graph is formed based on data on the duration of production of at least two previous heats, the weight of the metal charge of at least two previous heats, the calculated weight of liquid steel and the required chemical composition of the steel of the current heat.

EFFECT: increasing the yield of liquid steel from the converter by reducing the consumption coefficient of metal filling, as well as reducing the amount of slag entering the steel by determining the optimal angle of inclination of the converter and the speed of movement to a given angle of inclination - the outlet position.
