FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to devices for freezing of ice. The unit for freezing ice in an ice accumulator contains heat-insulated tank (1), a piping system – pipe (2), water pump (3), electric drive (4) for the water pump, heat accumulator (15) filled with antifreeze with electric heating element (16) and temperature sensor (7) installed in it to control digital temperature controller (8), which is turned on by toggle switch (12) and energizes the winding of electromagnetic relay (11). The relay regulating supply voltage to the electric heating element through dimmer (10) turns on the electric heating element in the heat accumulator (vessel) to heat the antifreeze contained in it to 10°C. The water pump is located in well (18) and is turned on via dimmer (9) to regulate voltage. Voltage is measured by voltmeters (13, 14). The heat-insulated tank contains valve (5) with cables (6) for its control and coil (19) filled with saline solution.
EFFECT: improved productivity of the unit, reduced labour costs when removing melt water from the heat-insulated tank at the end of the season, efficient use of frozen ice.
