SUBSTANCE: concerns a medicinal paste for covering dentin in cases of deep caries and in case of accidentally exposed pulp horn. The paste is prepared by mixing calcium hydroxide, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, MTA (mineral trioxide aggregate) and 5% hyaluronic acid, wt.%: calcium hydroxide 10, calcium chloride 10, potassium chloride 10, sodium chloride 10, sodium bicarbonate 10, MTA 10, 5% hyaluronic acid 40.

EFFECT: achieving the formation of replacement dentin and stimulate reparative and protective processes on the part of the dental pulp in the treatment of deep caries and accidentally exposed pulp horns.
