METHOD FOR COMPLEX PROCESSING OF PINE WOOD GREENERY Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61K36/15 B01D11/02 C08B37/06

Abstract RU 2815032 C1

FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex processing of pine greenery. Invention can be used in pharmaceutical, medical industry, in agriculture. Method for complex processing of wood greenery of pine, including extraction of natural biologically active substances from wood greenery of coniferous trees by emulsion method, in which wood greenery of pine are used as raw material, extraction of biologically active substances is carried out in stages, at the same time at the first stage, crushed wood greens are treated with 0.1–0.5% aqueous solution of acids at temperature of 45–55 °C, the mixture is stirred for 60 minutes and filtered, filtered material is twice washed with water while stirring, filtrates are combined and concentrated by evaporation of water on a rotary evaporator at temperature of 60 °C, polysaccharides are precipitated from the obtained concentrate with a three-fold excess of 96% ethyl alcohol, the precipitated polysaccharides are washed, dried and a sum of natural polysaccharides is obtained; at the second stage, the filtered raw material is treated with 3–10% aqueous-alkaline solution while stirring at temperature of 45–55 °C for 60 minutes, the obtained emulsion solution is filtered, three times is extracted with petroleum ether, the obtained extracts are combined, washed with water until neutral reaction, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, evaporated and a sum of neutral low-molecular substances is obtained; at the third stage, after extraction of the sum of neutral components, the emulsion solution is acidified with 20% aqueous solution of sulfuric acid to pH=3 and extracted three times with diethyl ether, obtained extracts are combined, washed with water until neutral reaction, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, evaporated and a sum of acidic low-molecular substances is obtained; at the fourth stage, after extraction of biologically active substances, extraction cake is obtained — a product of processing pine wood raw material, which is washed with water, dried and used as a fodder additive for animals.

EFFECT: method ensures extraction of a complex of biologically active substances from wood greenery according to non-waste technology.
