SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods for machine removal of burrs on flat parts after milling slots. The method of needle milling deburring involves feeding the part under a deburring tool. The tool contains two needle cutters, each of which is mounted on its own spindle. Needle cutters are located coaxially with each other with the ability to move along the groove being processed and rotate on spindles in opposite directions.

EFFECT: elimination of burrs is ensured, including “reverse fold” burrs formed during milling of parts.
