Natural diatomite with a silicon content of 84-87% and a fraction size of 5-10 microns is used as a protective substance, and application is carried out by dusting.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable protection of preserved fruits and vegetables from fungal and bacterial diseases using natural material that is low cost and harmless to the human body.
