SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a food concentrate containing the following dried vegetables: carrots, onions, greens, salt, according to the invention, basil is used as greens, and onions are used as onions, and additionally contains dried minced blue whiting or sardinella sea fish, dried chopped okra, CO2-black pepper extract with the following ratio of initial components, mass.%: dried minced blue whiting or sardinella sea fish — 83.00; dried okra — 8.00; dried carrots — 4.00; dried onions — 2.00; dried basil — 1.90; CO2-black pepper extract 0.01; salt 1.09.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the nutritional value of the finished product and expand the range of dry food concentrates.
