FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, food concentrates based on hydrobionts. SUBSTANCE: food concentrate "Fisher's soup" comprises dry marine products, fish, vegetable and greens, spices and dry laminaria. Components are used in predetermined amounts. Dry deep-sea scallop is introduced in an amount of about 25% into food concentrate. Ready product has increased biological and nutritive value owing to availability of marine products and laminaria and owing to usage of dry protein components without preliminary cooking thereof to allow biologically active substances to be kept to maximum extent. EFFECT: improved quality of food product and reduced production cost.
