FIELD: fire extinguishing.
SUBSTANCE: robotic fire extinguishing units and fire monitors. A mini-robot with a movable input oriented along the jet flow vector contains a fire nozzle mounted on a stand with a flange, equipped with horizontal and vertical guidance drives. The spherical rotary channel with the nozzle is connected by rotational movement in the vertical plane through a leakproof ring seal and axle shafts with the fire nozzle body. The mini-robot contains a drive for changing the spray angle and a control unit. A movable input in the form of a spherical ring with a width of at least half the rotation angle of the spherical rotary channel installed on the axle shafts, with a limiting stop at the end, is additionally built into the device between the housing and the spherical rotary channel with an increased flow area through hermetic seals.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of fire extinguishing by increasing the flow area, reducing hydraulic losses and turbulence and, accordingly, increasing the flight range of the jet.
