FIELD: diagnostics of the technical condition of hydraulic units.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for determining the stiffness of sliding bearings used as guide bearings of a vertical two-bearing hydraulic unit, based on the results of balancing its rotor. The present invention can be used in the repair and operation of hydraulic units with guide plain bearings of various designs. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the experimental data necessary for determining the rigidities is obtained from the results of balancing the rotor of a hydraulic unit without additional removal of the hydraulic unit from operation and installation of additional measurement systems, the experimentally determined vibration displacements and their increments for the harmonics of the revolution frequency are presented in vector form, the rigidities are determined separately for each of two mutually perpendicular directions and for each of at least four operating modes of the hydraulic unit.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of use and reliability of operation of vertical two-bearing hydraulic units by reducing losses associated with additional removal of hydraulic units from operation for measurements and tests, and the possibility of switching to repairs based on technical condition, making a decision on the further operability of the bearing and the hydraulic unit as a whole taking into account the actual rigidity and uneven wear of its liner and/or the presence of damage to the body and fasteners, as well as increasing the accuracy of determining rigidity values through the use of vector representation and modern capabilities of computer technology and software.
