SUBSTANCE: wound-healing material with antimicrobial properties containing 1 part by weight of weakly acidic cation-exchange carboxyl-containing fibre with a three-dimensional chemical network in the H-form “ВИОН КН-1”, into which 0.00125 parts by weight of chlorhexidine bigluconate and 0.00005 parts by weight of n-hexadecyltriphenylphosphonium bromide are impregnated. A method of producing wound-healing material is also disclosed.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of means for this purpose, namely the creation of a domestic wound-healing material with antimicrobial properties and a method of its production, while the claimed coating has an antimicrobial effect against pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms and a wound-healing, including anti-burn effect.
