FIELD: medical equipment used in transfusiology.
SUBSTANCE: flexible container is made of two film membranes, one of which is hydrophobic, gas-permeable, but impermeable to microbial contaminants and hemocomponents. The second transparent membrane is gas- and waterproof. The container contains connecting elements and allows, outside aseptic conditions, to prepare and lyophilize hemocomponents for lyophilization. The method ensures lyophilization, sealing of the gas-permeable membrane after lyophilization, sterile sampling and folded storage of a compact and lightweight container with lyophilisate in a evacuated moisture-proof and gas-tight bag.
EFFECT: maintaining the quality and reducing the risk of microbial contamination of the hemocomponent recovered from the lyophilisate, in particular blood plasma.
