FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: medical equipment used in transfusiology and an associated method for rehydrating the lyophilisate and transfusing the hemocomponent recovered from the lyophilisate. The kit consists of sterile parts: containers with lyophilisate and solvent, container connector and transfusion device, each individually packaged. All parts of the kit are placed in a vacuum-sealed air- and moisture-proof bag. The kit and the method allow for sterile rehydration of the lyophilisate and transfusion of the hemocomponent recovered from the lyophilisate into the recipient under the influence of gravity or accelerated transfusion under the influence of pressure applied to the container without aseptic conditions at the site of use.
EFFECT: sterility of rehydration of the lyophilisate of the hemocomponent and infusion of the reconstituted hemocomponent, in particular blood plasma.
