SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and can be used for making and using polymer containers intended, in particular, for lyophilisation, long-term storage and rehydration of haemocomponents. Making part of one of the sheets from water-repellent and gas-vapour-permeable material is carried out before formation of the container by cutting in thermoplastic waterproof film material of window of preset shape and size. A sheet of non-thermoplastic water-repellent and vapour-permeable material of a larger size than the size of the window is placed above the window. A perforated sheet of thermoplastic material corresponding to the size and shape, size and shape of the sheet of water-repellent and vapour-permeable material is applied on its surface. It is compressed along the contour, the outer size of which corresponds to the size of the sheet from water-repellent and vapour-permeable material, and the inner one corresponds to the size of the cut window. To form the seam, the amplitude of oscillation of the working end of the ultrasonic oscillating system must be at least 40 mcm with a frequency of at least 22 kHz.

EFFECT: higher reliability of sealing and higher efficiency in production of haemocontainers for lyophilisation, long-term storage and rehydration of haemocomponent.
