FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method of preparing a hemocomponent for storage and rehydration consists in filling a container made of sheets of film material with a liquid hemocomponent connected along the outline by a tight seam with welded in unions and tubes to form two parts. First part has windows made of water-repellent and gas-vapor-permeable material, and the second part is made of waterproof material without windows. Hemocomponent is dried. Container with the dried hemocomponent is placed vertically. Dried hemocomponent is transferred into the second part of the container without windows. Dried hemocomponent is sealed by forming two parallel sutures with width of each not more than 2…3 mm. A working tool is used, which is connected to a piezoelectric transducer and is made in the form of an upper flat metal radiating surface and a lower passive support with protruding two parallel projections corresponding to the width of the separated container. Double sealing seam is formed by compressing the container with ultrasonic vibrations with amplitude of at least 40 mcm and frequency of at least 22 kHz. At that, inner surfaces of welded sheets of film material are cleaned from dry hemocomponent by action of vibrations and thermoplastic materials are melted on inner boundary of contact of sheets of film material between upper radiating surface and lower passive support and tight connection of sheets to each other. Sheets of film material are cut between two formed seams. Second sealed part of the container with the dried hemocomponent is separated for storage and further use, and the sealed first part with openings is separated for recycling.

EFFECT: providing preparation of hemocomponent for storage and rehydration with preservation of quality of lyophilised and rehydrated after long-term storage of hemocomponent and reduction of microbial contamination of hemocomponent.
