FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment. Mobile complex for the sterile lyophilization of hemocomponents includes a housing and a lyophilic chamber installed therein, containing a system for heat removal, heat supply, evacuation, vapour condensation, removing uncondensed vapours, controlling and indicating parameters, a rack with shelves and trays placed thereon and containers for the lyophilised hemocomponent placed on the trays. Body is made with wheels for transportation and retractable supports for stationary installation. Lyophilic chamber is cylindrical, has an internal volume of at least 0.1 m3 and is equipped with a hermetically closing door made of a transparent material with low heat conductivity, a removable heat-insulating element and a steering lock. Containers for a lyophilised hemocomponent are presented in the form of closed flattened containers made of polymer hydrophobic membranes having an ability to let water vapour through and prevent liquid and contaminants from passing through.
EFFECT: invention provides preparing the sterile lyophilisate of the hemocomponent product in production environments with no aseptic conditions.
