FIELD: sports physiology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in the practice of medical control to enable self-monitoring of the functional state of the body of athletes and people involved in physical education, in sports pedagogy and in the training process to assess the functional state of those involved in physical culture and sports. The following is proposed: a method of systematizing and assessing the functional state of the body for timely correction of physical activity involved in recreational physical culture and sports, which is as follows: the user is asked to select the level of functional state from the presented options based on subjective indicators. Then the user carries out 7 tests to collect data: - counting the heart rate while lying down, - counting the heart rate while standing, - measuring upper blood pressure and lower blood pressure, - measuring weight, - conducting a test with holding the breath while inhaling - Stange test, - carrying out a test with holding the breath on exhalation - the Genche test, - carrying out the Letunov test, additionally the program calculates the orthostatic test as the difference between the standing heart rate and the lying heart rate, while the Stange, Genche and Letunov tests are carried out once every 14 days in the morning. Next, for objective indicators, the user enters functional state data based on the tests performed; as a result, the program automatically recalculates subjective indicators into points. From objective indicators, the program automatically calculates points for the orthostatic test, which is calculated as the difference between the standing heart rate and the lying heart rate and is converted into point values. Next, the user performs Letunov's tests; after which the program displays all the results obtained on the monitor screen of a computer-implemented system, builds graphs, and recalculates the results in the form of values with post-load changes, based on the results of which the type of response to the load is determined. Next, the functional state is further assessed based on the obtained indicators.

EFFECT: group of invention in real time provides the ability to self-monitor changes in the state of the user's functional parameters, and also allows to perform recording, accumulation, storage and evaluation of objective and subjective indicators of the user's functional state to analyze the degree of readiness of the user for the possibility of correcting physical activity if necessary.
