FIELD: medicine; sport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports medicine, physiology of sports and medical control of functional reserves of the body and is intended, first of all, to control and assess the training of athletes, where the functional state of the body under the influence of specific loads is important. Disclosed is a method for monitoring and assessing functional reserves of cardiac and skeletal muscles, which consists in the fact that the program automatically displays the values from the database for calculating the anaerobic metabolic capacity ANAMC, aerobic metabolic capacity AMC, total metabolic capacity TMC, where the program automatically performs intermediate calculations of the reserve capabilities of the heart RCH for each of the leads; then the program automatically calculates ANAMC; then the program automatically calculates AMC; then the program automatically calculates the TMC; then the program automatically calculates %ANAMC; further, the program automatically determines the type of energy supply of the cardiac muscle by the range of percentage values of anaerobic metabolic capacity %ANAMC and aerobic metabolic capacity %AMC displays on the monitor screen; then the program automatically displays recommendations. Further, the program automatically performs intermediate calculations of the reserve capabilities of the heart for each of the leads, recalculating the values into a scoring system, which has a significantly smaller range of values within one interval and as a result derives an estimate of the reserve capabilities of the cardiac muscle. Further, as a result of the test, the user enters data of the person being tested into the computer-implemented system, namely 4 indicators: A (max.) for MVM, A (av.) for MVM, A (max.) for MVL, A (av.) for MVL in microvolts; further, the program automatically outputs conclusions and recommendations based on the processed data.
EFFECT: conclusion and practical recommendations are specified specifically for the sportsman being tested.
