SUBSTANCE: system (1) of milk stretching, comprising a channel (10) for water, which sequentially connects the reservoir (11) for water, a pump (12), a heater (15) for evaporating the water, and a unit (31) of mixing. The system additionally comprises a channel (20) for air which sequentially connects the input (21) of the air, a first return valve (22), a second return valve (24), and a unit of mixing. The system also comprises a channel (30) for steam/air which sequentially connects the unit of mixing and the device (32) for stretching. The system of milk stretching additionally comprises a expansion tank (60) having a water chamber and an air chamber, and the said water chamber is connected to the place of the water channel, located downstream of the pump and upstream of the heater, and the said air chamber is connected to the place of the air channel, located downstream of the first return valve and upstream of the second return valve, provided in it.
