SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to accelerate the treatment of necrobacteriosis of the hooves of cattle. The device includes a housing 1 with a power source 2, a high-frequency alternating voltage converter with adjustable frequency, and a high-frequency transformer 8 containing low-voltage and high-frequency windings. The outputs of the low-voltage winding are connected to a high-frequency alternating voltage converter. One terminal of the high-voltage winding is connected to a needle-shaped plasma-forming electrode 14 and a capacitor at the end. The device is equipped with a charger 3 connected to a power source and a battery 4. The voltage regulator 5 of the device is connected through a battery to a power source and a frequency converter 6 connected to a timer 7. Capacitor 9 of the device is connected to the low-voltage terminals of the low-voltage and high-voltage coils of the high-frequency transformer. One end of the coaxial cable 10 of the device is connected to the high-voltage terminal of the high-frequency transformer. The other end of the coaxial cable is inserted into the plasma-forming head 11, in which the cable is divided into two parts. The central core 12 of the input part of the cable is connected to the braid 13 of the other part, forming a capacitance for galvanic isolation between the high-frequency transformer and the specified plasma-forming electrode.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of treatment of hooves from necrobacteriosis foot rot and facilitating the operator's work.
