FIELD: 3D measurements.
SUBSTANCE: optical measurements of three-dimensional coordinates, position parameters and deformation of objects in space using the videogrammetry method used in production tests for non-contact measurements of geometric parameters of linear and angular motion of rotating objects under study, for example, propeller blades, helicopter propellers, industrial fans or wind turbine propellers. The device contains a base rigidly mounted on the shaft of a rotating object, on which a digital camera, a synchronization unit, an azimuth marker are mounted, as well as a system of optically contrasting reference points, made in the form of a set of individual vertical reflectors, applied to the controlled surface of the rotating object, and a computer recording system and digital image processing, a pulsed light source is additionally introduced, as well as a separately located angular position sensor, mechanically connected to the shaft of a rotating object, while the synchronization unit is made in the form of a logical pulse separator, and the computer system for recording and processing digital images is supplemented with a module for identifying images of local reflectors.
EFFECT: increase in measurement accuracy, increase in the measurement range and expansion of the rotation speed range.
