SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pest control agent which has excellent safety, control and residual activity. In particular, the invention relates to a pyrazole derivative represented by the general formula [I]
where p represents the integer 0 or 1, R1, R2, R4 and R5 represent a hydrogen atom, R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, A represents an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, Q represents a halogen atom, a C6-C10 aryl or heteroaryl group which is unsubstituted or substituted by (R8)m, m has a value from 0 to 7, R8 may be the same or different from each other when m is 2 or more, R6 R7 and R8 have the meanings specified in the claims, provided that compounds in which R6 and R7 are a combination of a hydrogen atom and a C1-C6 alkyl group and where both R6 and R7 are C1-C6 alkyl group.
EFFECT: development of a pyrazole derivative that demonstrates outstanding effectiveness against various pests.
