FIELD: pipe rolling production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for injecting a lubricating and deoxidizing material onto the inner surface of a sleeve. The device comprises a protective disk, a mounting plate, a spray head, including a pipeline for supplying a lubricant-deoxidizing material, in which a flow divider of the lubricating-deoxidizing material is coaxially located and a unit for forming vortex gas flows, connected to the pipeline for supplying gas and made with nozzle holes, spaced evenly around the conical expansion of the pipeline. The protective disk is made with holes placed perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the spray head and connected to the unit for the formation of vortex gas flows. The mounting plate is made with a hole and is adapted for vertical movement. The spray head on the side of the conical expansion of the pipeline is installed in the unit for the formation of vortex gas flows, and on the other side it is fixed in the hole in the mounting plate. The flow divider is made with a spherical end directed into the inside of the conical expansion of the pipeline.
EFFECT: air leakage is reduced to reduce the formation of refractory oxides.
