SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to versions of haemostatic device. In the first version, the device includes a tourniquet and a buckle in the form of a frame, having two lengths, two crossbars and a bar and at least one ledge. Bar occupies entire frame space with obligatory presence of slot-like holes along length, at least, equal to width of bundle, and along width, at least, equal to thickness of bundle. In the second version, the haemostatic device comprises a tourniquet and a buckle in the form of a frame with a bar and at least one protrusion. Frame has transverse bend. Height of transverse bend relative to height of frame is from 1:1–2.5.

EFFECT: minimized tissue injuries.
