SUBSTANCE: set of primers for the 16S ribosomal RNA gene fragment of Ureaplasma genus of Mycoplasmataceae family of Mycoplasmatales order of Mollicutes class (Ureaplasma spp.) for the detection of pathogenic ureaplasmas of cats and dogs in clinical specimens, sectional samples, culture fluids and other biological products for the purpose of diagnostics, correction of treatment, epidemiological investigation, as well as for solving research problems of the properties of pathogenic ureaplasmas in cats and dogs.

EFFECT: invention allows to perform real-time identification of a DNA fragment of the 16S ribosomal RNA gene of Ureaplasma genus of Mycoplasmataceae family of Mycoplasmatales order of Mollicutes class (Ureaplasma spp.) with a higher homology to currently circulating pathogenic ureaplasmas of cats and dogs, which increases the reliability of the analyzes.
