SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an ophthalmic composition for the treatment of glaucoma complicated by myopia. Ophthalmic composition for the treatment of glaucoma complicated by myopia includes brimonidine tartrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), citric acid and disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium hyaluronate, water for injection, the volume of the finished product is calculated per 100 g: brimonidine tartrate — 0.2 g; pyridoxine hydrochloride — 0.3 g; citric acid — 0.284 g; disodium hydrogen phosphate — 0.967 g; sodium hyaluronate — 0.5 g; the rest is water for injection.
EFFECT: above-described composition has a prolonged action of active substances that provide an antiglaucoma effect by reducing the formation and increasing the outflow of intraocular fluid along the uveoscleral pathway, and also has an antioxidant effect based on brimonidine tartrate and pyridoxine hydrochloride.
