FIELD: cement trucks.

SUBSTANCE: concrete mixing devices for mounting on a truck. The mixer is equipped with a cement hopper, a pair of belts for moving aggregates from the truck bed, and a chute for mixing cement and aggregates with water and for discharging the mixture. At the bottom of the hopper there is a screw mechanism with the ability to move cement to the opening in the bottom of the bunker. Under the hopper inside the casing there is a pair of belts with the possibility of communication with the truck body. The belts are configured to supply materials from the truck body to the loading opening located under the opening in the hopper. The chute is made with a rotating end and a discharge end and contains an elongated tray and a mixing screw within the tray. The chute is rotatable in a vertical plane around the rotating end from a storage position in which the discharge end is located above the rotating end to a discharge position in which the discharge end is located at the same level or below the rotating end. The chute has an inlet for materials at the rotating end, located under the loading opening and combined with the loading hole, a mixture outlet opening at the discharge end, and also a water inlet into the chute. The chute auger is configured to mix and move materials from the material inlet with water to the discharge opening.

EFFECT: possibility of placing a concrete mixing plant on a truck, simplifying the design, reducing energy costs for preparing the mixture.
