FIELD: bridge construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to the technology of constructing bridge supports and their high grillages in the water area of class O and M rivers, straits with currents and waves. A method for constructing a bridge support grillage in a river water area includes lowering a sheet deck along the shells of metal piles into the concreting zone of the grillage using cable jacks installed on a jack beam, laying a grouting pad on the sheet deck using the method of vertical movement of pipes, removing water after the grouting cushion has gained strength, reinforcement and concreting grillage in the formwork. The box uses a sheet deck bounded around the perimeter by a sheet piling wall parallel to the axes of the metal piles used as guide shells. The box is made with pairs of vertical posts at its corners, a central post in the middle part of each of its sides, and a pair of power posts equidistant from the central post and from the posts located in the corners of the box. The racks are united by upper transverse beams and braces, obliquely oriented from the bases located at the corners of the racks and the central rack to the tops of the power racks. The upper transverse beams in the areas of convergence of the posts and braces, before lowering the box, are connected through an anchor block attached to the upper transverse beams with the power cables of the lifting mechanism, the cables of which bend around the sector guides fixed to the posts mounted on the jack beam. The box is positioned using side stops mounted on the support frame and lowered on cables that go around the sector guides into the water area. Before lowering the box, it is lifted to equalize the force in the cables; after concreting the backfill pad is completed and before lifting the top beam of the box, the braces and all posts are cut above the level of the backfill pad.
EFFECT: increase in technological reliability and durability when constructing a grillage in water areas of classes O and M, with waves.
