SUBSTANCE: for this purpose, after mobilization of one or two affected ureters, an intravenous bolus of 3 ml of ICG dye solution is administered, and after 15–30 seconds, the visualized areas with low perfusion are excised, similarly, the ICG dye solution is reintroduced, visualization and assessment of the perfusion of the formed anastomoses is carried out. If there is sufficient perfusion, the surgical intervention is completed.

EFFECT: method allows to perform accurate delineation of healthy and scarred parts of the ureter in real time and avoid unnecessary excision of healthy tissue, as well as reduce the frequency of postoperative structures of newly formed anastomoses, including in patients with reduced renal function.
