FIELD: medicine; transplantology; surgical urology.

SUBSTANCE: after reperfusion of the renal graft and haemostasis, clamping of the common iliac artery is performed distal to the formed anastomosis. 25 mg of indocyanine green is diluted in 5 ml of water for injection. The common iliac artery is punctured proximal to the previously formed anastomosis and 1 ml of indocyanine green is injected with immediate intraoperative fluorescein angiography. After performing intraoperative fluorescein angiography, the ureteral stump of the renal transplant is excised within tissues with satisfactory perfusion, then a neocysto-ureteroanastomosis is formed.

EFFECT: method allows to objectively determine tissue perfusion, minimize the risk of developing neocysto-ureteroanastomosis strictures after kidney transplantation, thereby improving the results of treatment of patients with end-stage chronic renal failure.
