SUBSTANCE: method of dry fractionating of a soft palm oil middle fraction, SPMF, into a final solid palm oil middle fraction, fHPMF-A, comprising the following: providing a soft palm oil middle fraction, SPMF, using a soft palm oil middle fraction, SPMF, as a starting material, IN1, for the first dry fractionation, FDF, to obtain the intermediate oleic fraction, SPMF-O, and the intermediate stearic fraction, SPMF-S, using the intermediate oleic fraction, SPMF-O, as starting material, IN2, for the second dry fractionation, SDF, with by ultrasonication to obtain a final solid palm oil middle fraction, fHPMF-A, and a palm oil oleic fraction, POO, wherein the second dry fractionation, SDF, by ultrasonication comprises sonication, US2, of at least a portion of the starting material, IN2, wherein the sonication ultrasound, US2, is carried out at an average ultrasound frequency from 5 to 200 kHz. Final solid palm oil middle fraction, fHPMF-A, wherein the final solid palm oil middle fraction, fHPMF-A, contains POP triglycerides in an amount of at least 62 wt.% by weight of the final solid middle fraction, fHPMF-A, final palm oil solid middle fraction, fHPMF-A, contains PPP triglycerides in the amount less than 2% by weight of the final palm oil solid middle fraction, fHPMF-A, palm oil final solid middle fraction, fHPMF-A, has an iodine value of IV, below 38, and the specified final solid middle fraction of palm oil, fHPMF-A, has a mass ratio between SatOSat-triglycerides and SatSatO-triglycerides above 15. A mixture of solid palm oil middle fraction, comprising a final solid middle palm oil fraction, fHPMF-A, according to claim 23 or claim 24 and the second solid middle palm oil fraction, sHPMF-B, wherein the second solid middle palm oil fraction, sHPMF-B , contains POP-triglycerides in an amount of at least 64 wt.% by weight of the second solid middle fraction of palm oil, sHPMF-B, the second solid middle fraction of palm oil, sHPMF-B, contains PPP-triglycerides in an amount of less than 3 wt.% by mass of the second solid middle palm oil fraction, sHPMF-B, the second solid middle fraction of palm oil, sHPMF-B, has an iodine value, IV, below 35, and the second solid middle fraction of palm oil, sHPMF-B, has a mass ratio between SatOSat-triglycerides and SatSatO-triglycerides below 10.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the yield and improve the quality of palm oil by combining dry fractionation with ultrasound.
